Trusty and AzzeroCO2 announce a new partnership for sustainability and traceability in agricultural and agri-food supply chains

The partnership aims to support companies in their complex sustainability journeys, providing practical tools to monitor and manage environmental impact across the entire value chain.

Trusty, an Italian Benefit Corporation using blockchain technology to ensure traceability in agri-food and industrial supply chains, and AzzeroCO2, a sustainability and energy consulting company founded by Legambiente and Kyoto Club, are joining forces to offer companies sourcing from agricultural supply chains innovative and integrated solutions for environmental sustainability and production transparency.

The partnership seeks to enhance production chains through a combined approach that integrates Trusty’s digital traceability platform—already used by more than 200 clients in Italy and abroad to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance, particularly with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)—with AzzeroCO2’s expertise in decarbonization strategies. Together, they will support agricultural, agri-food, and industrial companies operating in sectors such as cocoa, coffee, palm oil, beef, soy, timber/paper, and rubber, helping them navigate the path toward sustainability with tools that measure and manage environmental impact throughout the value chain.
